Cecilia welcomed us with open arms and showed us all the town has to offer.
Cecilia Bird assisted us in finding our first home. Since we were new to the whole process, and new to the area we had TONS of questions and concerns. Cecilia was able to answer everything and more. She is very involved in her community and is up to date with all of the new construction in the area, as well as changes in construction patterns. She attends city council meetings and thrives at understanding every aspect of Richmond Hill and the surrounding areas. Cecilia welcomed us with open arms and showed us all the town has to offer. She is a bucket full of knowledge and history and it was a pleasure hearing all the amazing tips and tricks of the town before moving. Once we began our house hunting adventures, Cecilia was able to point out beautiful architectural aspects of every home. She gaves the pros and the cons of each home, added homes that met our wants and needs, and ultimately found us the perfect home for our family and our budget.
After we found our home, Cecilia was very productive in keeping us up to date throughout our entire buying processes. She was able to get us in touch with a great local lender that beat out a handful of other offers. We literally did not have to worry about anything. Cecilia was on top of everything and guided us so well along the way. She overnighted paperwork, emailed us, and called through the entire process, and helped us through any hiccups.

It was a difficult market and Cecilia gave us 100% effort. She gave good advice, detailed all possibilities, and helped weigh our options based on our situation and needs. She stood with us and continued to plug away even when our mortgage company faltered (on more than one occasion).
In the future I’d love to return to Richmond Hill. If I get the chance, even with my knowledge of the area, I’d (I’ll) still use her to get us through the selection and purchase process.
